Hierzu gerade folgende Amazon Rezension für die Dahua 5-Serie gelesen:

I bought the Dahua DHI-NVR5216-EI specifically for its advertised "AI by recorder" feature, expecting it to provide AI analytics independent of the connected cameras, as clearly implied in the product datasheet.

However, after extensive testing and consultation with Dahua support, I found out that the AI features only work with a narrow range of specific Dahua camera models—not with "any stream" as suggested. This means the NVR simply does not deliver on a key functionality it advertises.

It's not just a minor limitation—it fundamentally fails to perform as promised. This feels like a case of misleading marketing. If you're considering this product for its AI capabilities with third-party or generic IP cameras, be warned: it won’t work.
