Kein e-Mail Dienst mehr bei Visonic?

Habe gerade eine Mail von Visonic UK bekommen. hier die Mail und meine Antwort darauf, falls es jemanden interessiert:

Sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the latest news about home.visonic.com. There is another option it’s a cloud application available on the Android and IOS stores called Visonic Alert which you can use for self-monitoring. It doesn’t support email but you will get alarm push notifications and can be used to arm/disarm your alarm panel.

I hope this helps, but for further assistance you will need to contact a local installer or locate the nearest security wholesalers.

Dear Michael,

thank you for your support. From case to case I’m using the app visonic2go, but since we all using Blackberry this app is not really helpful.
But the main thing is – the best of the actual solution is, that everybody knows who comes to our home and do not need to start any app for this. The email comes as a push mail.

So it is really disappointing, that Visonic is cutting off such an easy and helpful service.
If you can add the push notification also for arm/disarm messages this will probably replace the email notification. But on the other hand this means, that this app has to run permanently and draw additionally the batteries of your mobile….

P.S. I try to install the app Visonic Alert, but the host address used in Visonic2Go doesn’t work in this app. Again disappointing….
